i use baby powder sometimes when im going out on a date and stuff, and if i cant get a shower i'll use a little in my hair so its not so greasy

no, usually older people do that (im 14). I heard that talc and talcum powder can cause lung cancer. But honestly, what doesn't these days? I can't even go to the beach without risking skin cancer...

I don't. I think that is something older people do so that they don't smell. It's not good to do that though, because it cakes up and can cause irritation.
My sister used it to make her face white for halloween, and my mother uses it keep her skin dry, to deodorize skin, and to prevent chaffing.
