Does anyone still use talcum powder after having a bath?

Why?Does anyone still use talcum powder after having a bath?
Rough towels for me!

Yum!Does anyone still use talcum powder after having a bath?
yep, shower to shower. feels nice and smells good
Try Caldesene, protecting powder. You'll love it! Even the guys use it to keep dry. It doesn't smell girly or baby it has a very very light clean smell and your skin feels like velvet! Sweat won't come through it. It soothes skin rashes and irritations so they don't hurt or itch! Verry nice.
My mum, she s 65.
yes nothing beats a bit of talc after a bath or shower keeps you feeling fresh and absorbs sweat as well what more could you ask for. good old talc long may you continue.
the woman opposite me
my kids do its makes them smell so yummy you just want to hug and sniff them

im weird i know
Yes ,I do,Shower to Shower or Yardley. They smell good and feel nice, especially when the weather's hot.
No, I was told by my professor in pre-med what it can do to your lungs and never used it again. It was the same time AIDS came out so I changed my major too. TMI
Yes my grandma ,
Doctors still recommend it as being the best and the safest powder to use . I use it sometimes.
NO
I do it works just like baby power it makes your skin soft like lotion but not oily.
I do. I talc my balls, under my arms and my feet.
No it clogs your pores
I do, generally because it acts as a barrier after moisturising and reduces sweating when combined with anti perspirant i cant sleep at night without t or go through a day for that matter lol.
I use Johnson's Medicated Baby Powder. I love the way it smells %26amp; it's great under my arms after a shower at night. Antiperspirants/deodorants shouldn't be used then so your skin can breathe. I use it under my breasts to keep them dry during the day. I sprinkle a little on my pantyliners for an added freshness. The zinc %26amp; aloe are good combinations for the skin.
whats talcum powder??
i did the other day but then u get it all on ur clothes forgot how annoying it really is!!
I use johnsons baby powder lovely n soft smells wonderful and reminds me of when my kids were young and well behaved lol
I have no idea why anyone ever used talcum powder - it seems bizarre to me.

I get that it smells like being a kid again (because for some strange reason my parents used to cover me in it too), but sure that can't be it's only purpose!

I suggest drying yourself properly with a big warm towel.

What is more, I understand it is often aluminium based and there are supposed links between aluminium products and health problems (e.g. cancers and Alzheimer's), so I would certainly not be tempted to use it now...
I do sometimes during the summer. Just a habit kind of thing.
yes I do having 4 children to chase about after getting out of the bath I have to get dry quickly and putting talc on drys you and leaves you feeling all warm and cosy and smelling good too!
Nah, all the drug dealers are cutting their coke with it now.
Why not, I smells good and it's soothing and refreshing it helps dry damp sticky spots like under the arms. My mother always used it and so do I . You know the old saying ';Like mother,';ike daughter.'; Sooooo Why not!
Sure do, it not only dries in all of those hard to reach parts but also leaves you smelling nice.
